Upon leaving a 15 year career with the Estée Lauder Companies, Janette Lutz formed her own business, based in San Francisco. The Lutz International Consulting Group specializes in customer service, sales and product training…as well as management development. She and her team work extensively with retail, wholesale, e-tail, and spa businesses designing targeted sales associate and management training programs. In addition, they customize and deliver executive and field sales management seminars for many premier and luxury goods companies globally. Her clients have found her seminars, as well as her training and development materials to be extremely focused, comprehensive, and real-world. And, everything Janette does is filled with good humor and fun. Janette's last position was at the Manhattan offices where she was Vice President of Education and Development for Estée Lauder. She was responsible for managing the design and development of all training and education programs to support basic, seasonal, promotional and spa businesses. Prior to that, she established an international sales training and education department to support another division's expansion into global markets.


Janette is a professional member of the National Speakers Association, a global organization of speaking, facilitating and seminar professionals. She is also the author of Beauty Fashion's Sales Guide for Success and The Conversational Selling Handbook...for Cosmetics--both are well-read and popular customer service and sales guides in the cosmetic and retail industries. Janette is also a licensed aesthetician and a sough-after consultant to the spa industry.
